Our Programs
Life Skills Development Program
Cross Hill Inc.’s Life Skills Development Program is dedicated to empowering youth with the essential tools they need to thrive in everyday life. Our program focuses on practical, real-world skills such as communication, time management, financial literacy, personal hygiene, healthy relationships, problem-solving, and decision-making. Through interactive workshops, mentoring, and experiential learning, participants gain the confidence and independence necessary to navigate life’s challenges with resilience. By fostering growth in both personal and social areas, we help individuals build a strong foundation for long-term success and well-being.
Job Training
At Cross Hill Inc., our Job Training program is designed to equip youth and young adults with the practical skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to succeed in today’s workforce. Through hands-on learning, personalized coaching, resume building, and interview preparation, participants gain valuable experience that empowers them to pursue meaningful employment opportunities. We work closely with community partners and employers to ensure our training is relevant, inclusive, and aligned with real-world job market demands. Our goal is to help every participant take confident steps toward a stable and independent future.
